Shipping Costs

Currently, we offer free worldwide shipping. Our free worldwide shipping applies to all orders, regardless of the size or value.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective, please contact us at to initiate a return!

Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

If the item(s) are defective/damaged shipping costs will be covered by us.

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.

You can return the item for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs that are not refunded to us by Shopify if we process a cancellation.

TEMPLE does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-5 business days.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Typically, you can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days after we have initiated the refund process.

However, please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account statement or credit card balance, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
