Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1-2 business days after they're placed. Following this, they're forwarded to our distribution centers for packing and dispatch. Orders are generally shipped on the next business day.

You will get an email with an order ID number shortly after the order is placed.


USA: UPS/USPS Standard "5-13 days"

Canada: Canada Post "6-14 days"

UK & Europe: Royal Mail & PostNL "6-15 days"

IMPORTANT - Due to high demand orders may take 1-3 days longer to arrive, depending on your location.

Products that are coming from our international warehouses, can take between 5-15 business days for your order to arrive, depending on where you live.

For products stocked in our US warehouses - it will take around 5-13 business days for your order to arive.

Taxes & Customs

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

International Shipping

Please make sure the correct billing and shipping address is entered when placing the order. 

TEMPLE will not reimburse the cost of shipping and/or other fees for orders that are returned/undelivered due to incorrect address or recipients refusal.

All international orders are subject to additional charges for customs sales tax. We can not declare your order as a gift or with a lower value since this is against existing laws.

We always do our best to stay on top of international Custom laws across the world, however, there are far too many countries around the world with custom laws that change on a regular basis.

It is your responsibility to check if the products you have ordered are allowed in your country before you order. 

If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us, we will provide a refund minus shipping and return shipping (if any added) costs when the package arrives back to our facility.

Unfortunately, if a package is destroyed, seized, or held by customs we are not able to offer a refund.
